Qualifying Common Employability Test
QCET® is a national employability exam that provides students and recent graduates from all tier colleges a single, credible pathway to access early‑career job and internship opportunities across industries. QCET® Score establishes a common employability standard recognized by leading employers.
The exam is designed independently by Graduate Employability Forum
and delivered via Superset platform.
Final‑year students of Indian colleges providing a degree (bachelors or higher).
Pre‑final‑year students of Indian colleges providing a degree (bachelors or higher).
Graduated not more than 2 years ago on the date of examination — across streams.
QCET® evaluates foundational employability skills essential across industries
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Data interpretation and analytical thinking
Mathematical reasoning and numerical skills
Language proficiency and communication skills
Professional skills and workplace adaptability
Personality assessment and behavioral traits
Additional technical section for engineering and technology students
Not all skills are relevant for every employer. Only relevant skill scores are accessed by employers based on specific role requirements.

You will receive admit confirmation and test instructions on your registered email.
Log in at the scheduled time to take the test. Failure to take the test without valid reason may not be eligible for re-attempt.
Scores are generated within 48 hours.
Login and apply to open jobs accepting QCET® scores (Superset > Launchpad > Jobs).
Most large employers hire without public job posts. Your QCET® scores are auto‑submitted; you’ll hear back on call or email when shortlisted.
